Cloud Computing is
Consultants Roundtable Topic
MISHAWAKA -- Consultants Roundtable will learn how companies can lower Information Technology costs using "Cloud Computing" in a presentation by Dr. A.J. Walters of Information By Design (IBD), in a breakfast meeting to be held Tuesday, March 16th at Honker's Restaurant on Day Road, starting at 7:30 a.m. IBD offers managed web-based business applications known as Software as a Service, or Cloud Computing, which are geared to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to forming IBD, Dr. Walters was an Assistant Professor of Computer and Information Technology at Purdue University, and gained extensive company-side experience, working for Honeywell Aerospace where he provided a leadership role in Information Technology. Assisting in the presentation will be Grant Neely of IBD, who gained over 30 years experience with the IBM Corporation before joining IBD.
Consultants Roundtable is a regional association of business and marketing consultants that meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month to discuss business problems and opportunities and to share information relating to the operations of an independent consultant.
