Keeping in Touch with Prospects Is Topic for Consultants Roundtable
MISHAWAKA -- Consultants Roundtable will be updated on techniques for maintaining contact with customers and prospects, when Richard Wooden of Success with CRM Consulting, Inc of Cassopolis addresses fellow members, 7:30 a.m., on Tuesday, August 17th at Honker's Restaurant on Day Road. His topic will be "Are you keeping in touch with prospects? Or are you out of touch with the way things work in today's Internet world?"
Wooden has extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management systems such as Sage, ACT and SalesLogix CRM. He is an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional and Educator. His current business serves small and medium size organizations in the Great Lakes area -- with the key focus on clients with a customer-centric business philosophy. He holds a BS degree from Michigan State University.
Consultants Roundtable is a regional association of business and marketing consultants that meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month to discuss business problems and opportunities and to share information relating to the operations of an independent consultant.
