Consulting Experience
Steve launched his consulting practice 1n 1992 following long career with Northwestern Mutual Life where he ran the Los Angeles, CA sales operations for 14 years.
Stephen T. Mellinger is a leading management and strategy consultant with over 45 years experience. He holds degrees from the Michigan State University (BS), The American College (CLU) (CLF) University of Southern California Professional Studies (MA Psychology) and PsyD course work, University of California, Long Beach, Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG).
Steve finds working in rapid growth entrepreneurial environment and high performance people the most rewarding. He has authored a soon to be released a book “Think Like and Entrepreneur-Perform as a Leader” in addition to several popular articles on the subject that reflect many experiences and tactics for today’s independent business people.
He is a South Bend native and former “All Big Ten” linebacker at Michigan State University. He has been very active in the nonprofit community in Los Angeles and is a past board member of Logan School.
