Frost Engineering & Consulting Company was founded in 2005 to offer better communication and technical clarity in the market through the use of significant experience of company personnel. Clients will receive a high level of project leadership and broad levels of communication through many channels (internet, intranet, email, facsimile and consistent reporting). This approach will begin from the very beginning of the project.
The leadership of Frost Engineering & Consulting Company will secure an optimum organization structure with responsive and accountable personnel focused on the project schedule, costs, and quality goals. This will include a series of diagnostic milestones along the project schedule to ensure the project will stay on course..
R. Jerry Frost is very well versed in many managerial approaches and practical applications with over twenty years of direct experience with large and small projects. This will percolate a development of a successful project goals, schedule and level of quality to ensure the safety of all personnel throughout the design and construction of each project. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Ohio Northern University) and Graduate Degrees of Master of Science (Penn State University) and Master of Business Administration (University of Maryland-University Center).
A number of Mr. Frost's career projects have included large engineering projects and business turnarounds and reorganizations for engineering and consulting service firms. Combining engineering and business, he is specialized in engineering projects, focus of management teams and assessment tools, dynamic goal setting and development of immediate and long-term expectations from projects.
His goal is to interact and collaborate with each client to broaden everyone's understanding of the project process. He pursues the development of an increased management efficiency, effectiveness and productivity through dynamic and static strategic planning.
