DAVA International was founded in 1985 with a focus in several disciplines. Dave has served many companies as a systems analyst to determine the best computer system for the company and assisted with implementation and training. Dave has also developed new products for several companies and was granted a patent for one of his developments. Dave has worked with companies to increase production efficiencies. He has a degree from the University of Evansville with a major in Finance and a Chemistry minor.
Dave has been instrumental in several business turnarounds and reorganizations for small manufacturers and divisions within large corporations. He specializes in production efficiencies, product mixture and new product innovation. His goal is to help increase management efficiency and productivity through invoking best practices, increasing production throughput, reduction of waste and introducing new products.
Dave also works with other consultants on large turnaround projects of which all have had a successful outcome.
