James Ritter founded Aquila Consultants, LLC in 2004. Aquila Consultants is dedicated to guiding clients to achieve and maintain FDA Quality System regulation or ISO standard compliance requirements and at the same time leverage their quality management system to attain concrete benefits in customer satisfaction and improved business performance. Aquila Consultants brings over 20 years of engineering, manufacturing, process control, project management, and regulatory disciplines and strengths from the medical device field to each client's project.

James Ritter holds a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin (MSME).

James has been instrumental in implementing regulatory compliance programs, support for new and existing products and processes, and process control projects. He specializes in product and process assessments, project management, quality management systems, goal setting, and project rollout. His goal is to help small and large companies improve their business performance.
