Corporate Empowerment works closely with small- to medium-size organizations in strategic thinking and business planning and goal attainment, with the focus on achieving maximum effectiveness. Then, through a variety of professional skills enhancement seminars, the people are groomed to make the organization's vision become reality.

Mr. Dobson has held decision-making responsibility with five companies, including vice president of two companies. Mr. Dobson's emphasis has been sales, marketing, product management, training, coaching, and decision making. He has been in leadership positions and actively involved in new product launches, revitalizing existing products, and launching of a new company.

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder with a BS (Pharmacy) and a minor in business. Additional post graduate study at Northern Colorado University and Denver University.

Corporate Empowerment's clients encompass a wide spectrum of organizations that include: retail, architectural, health care, light manufacturing, printing, computer services, and multimedia.

Mr. Dobson has held management positions with two foreign-based companies.
